The song debuted at number 82 on the Billboard Hot 100 in July after the album dropped in October 2020.
The Starboy had announced on Thursday that he has a surprise for his fans, but nobody expected that.
Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album has been a huge success so far with accolades coming from around the world.

Essence is also the song of the summer with US celebrities like Kevin Hart seen rocking to the song.
It is also one of the most popular songs on the album so far.
The video already has 21million views on YouTube already, one can imagine how many views the remix will have.
Fans were excited to see that Wizkid features Justin Bieber on Essence remix as some believed it didn’t need a remix.
Bieber really blended with the song and you wouldn’t really notice any distortion, it is amazing.
Just like the original, the remix will grow on a lot of fans as time goes on.
Despite some reservations from fans, Bieber has thanked Wizkid for letting him be a part of the “song of the summer”.
