Nigerian athlete, Blessing Okagbare responds to the 10 year ban handed to her by AIU.
The fastest woman in Africa was said to have taken some banned substances.
This happened during the 2020 Olympics which was moved to 2021 due to the pandemic.
This news has come as a rude shock to many people especially Nigerians who love her.

Okagbare has since put out a statement saying “my attention has been drawn to the statement issued by the AIU regarding its discplinary panel decision. My lawyers are currently studying it for our next line of action which we will inform you soon.”
This action might take a while and it would also mean we would not see her on the tracks.
Since the news broke on Friday, Blessing Okagbare responds finally to the decision of the AIU.
